Job Description:

As a Project and Account Manager at BARO, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, acting as the key liaison between customer needs and project execution. You will coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. Your role extends from initial quotation to after-sales support, ensuring that every project is successfully delivered to meet client expectations.

A key focus of your role is on maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, providing ongoing support to ensure continued customer satisfaction post-sale. With your in-depth knowledge of lighting solutions and customer-centric approach, you will ensure long-term, successful collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and expand existing client relationships, focusing on warm leads and after-sales support.
  • Project Coordination: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring clients are guided and projects are executed efficiently according to plan and budget.
  • Prepare Quotations and Contracts: Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate quotes and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • After-Sales Support: Offer ongoing support after project completion, troubleshooting issues and assisting with additional client requests.
  • Relationship Harvesting: Play an active role in growing existing accounts by identifying new opportunities based on client needs.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and technical teams to ensure projects meet both technical specifications and client expectations.

Who are you?

You are a communicative and client-oriented professional with extensive experience in the lighting industry. You excel at maintaining customer relationships and have a strong background in project management and after-sales. You have a natural ability to build rapport with clients and ensure they remain satisfied by proactively addressing their needs. While you may prefer maintaining existing contacts over cold acquisition, you know how to leverage and grow existing relationships for long-term success.

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the lighting industry, particularly in account management or project management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in managing projects from quotation to after-sales.
  • A tactful, solution-oriented approach, especially in handling challenging conversations.
  • Technical knowledge of lighting solutions and products is a plus.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
