The multi­award winning pâtissier and chocolatier Thierry Bamas is a recog­nised master of his craft. He sells his products in several shops in the Basque region of France – and in the completely redesigned branch in the resort of Biarritz he presents his future vision for the world of fine pastries and sweet delicacies.

Contrasting materials, futuristic shapes and brilliant lighting technology create an exclusive atmosphere.

Instead of nostalgia, the customer is greeted by avant­garde shop architecture created by the interior designers from the MoMa agency in Lyon. Together with BÄRO the planners found the ideal light balance for their retail concept.

Luminaires from the ID series were used with the PearlWhite light colour. Their special spectral composition generally in­ creases the colour saturation and makes colours appear neutral, natural and fresh.
